A little Phish Halloween History for you non-Phish friends.

joshsternberg:

Phish, performing Little Feat’s “Don’t Bogart That Joint” from last year’s Halloween show. When Phish plays on Halloween, they dress up as another band and play one of the band’s albums. Last year was Little Feat’s Waiting For Columbus. Previous musical costumes were:

2009 - Rolling Stones: Exile on Mainstreet

1998 - Velvet Underground: Loaded

1998 - Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon (They played this two nights after Loaded to an almost empty arena in Utah. Not technically a Halloween show, as it was played on November 2, but still…Pink Floyd!)

1996 - Talking Heads: Remain in Light

1995 - The Who: Quadrophenia

1994 - The Beatles: The White Album (all 4 sides, or for you younguns, both discs).
